Jiaxiong Tang

Hello! I am current a MS student in Software Engineering at East China Normal University (ECNU), advised by Prof. Liantao Wu and Prof. Zhenfu Cao. Before joining ECNU, I completed my undergraduate in Cyber Engineering at Software School, Dalian University of Technology in 2024.

I am open to research internships, visiting research opportunities, and Ph.D. opportunities starting in Fall 2027.

Research

My research focuses on Trustworthy AI and Privacy & Ownership issues in Machine Learning and LLM. My recent works explore:

• Trustworthy LLM (LLM-based agent backdoors [arxiv'26])
• Privacy-Preserving Machine Learning (Differential Privacy in Split Learning)
• Model Watermarking (Watermarking Techniques for Deep Neural Networks [arxiv'25, arxiv'25] and LLM-based agents)
